Another early morning as we had pre-booked Alcatraz tour tickets. This was sold out when we showed up as well. I highly recommend this tour, and pre-booking your tickets. We did the early tour at 9:00. It's one of the first boats to leave so it isn't as busy as later in the day. We wanted the evening tour but that sold out a month prior when I booked.
